    Product Returns

    The customer has the right to return the products within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the order and if this is done without the products having been used and with the simultaneous shipment of all accompanying documents (retail receipt, etc.) and after we have previously inform in any case about the return via email to Changes are NOT accepted without proof of purchase. The costs of returning the products are borne by the customer and the return is made with the courier company of his choice.     In the event that the customer notices that a product has not been included in his order or is defective, he must immediately inform the company about the fact in order to replace or refund the amount corresponding to the product. Exchanges, exchanges or refunds can only be made within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. After this time no changes, replacements or refunds are possible.

    Order Cancellation – Changes

    The user has the possibility before completing the order to go to the previous page and remove the products from his basket. Once the order has been completed, the user can, after consultation with our company, return the product within 14 days from the delivery date. In a period of offers or discounts, they can only be carried out during this period.
